Real Estate Listing Photos That Stop the Scroll

Buyers scroll fast. In Wellington's property market, your listing photos are the difference between a click-through and a scroll-past. I work with real estate agents and private vendors across the region to create images that stop people mid-scroll and bring more people through the open home.

I photograph properties of every size and price point, from compact Te Aro apartments to lifestyle blocks in the Wairarapa. Wide-angle interiors show each room at its spacious best, with straight verticals and windows that are not blown out.

Drone & Aerial Real Estate Photography

Every photo package includes drone shots: 2-3 with the 15 Photo Package and 2-5 with the 25 Photo Package. Aerial photos show what ground-level photos cannot: the size of the section, the roofline and outdoor living areas, the street and how close the property is to parks, schools and the harbour.

Flights follow CAA Part 101 rules, including airspace checks and consent from people and property owners below the flight path. Real Estate Video for Agents

A listing video gets a property in front of buyers on social media as well as the listing sites. Choose a slideshow video of the listing photos with music ($250), a 60-90 second video with your agent intro and outro, music and voiceover ($650), or a video of up to 120 seconds that also comes with 3 short social media videos ($850).

The agent intro and outro put you on camera next to the property, which builds your own profile as well as the listing. For brand films and other business video, see my video production in Wellington.

Virtual Twilight, 3D Tours & Floor Plans

Virtual twilight photos ($190) turn 2 front and 2 rear daytime exteriors into warm dusk images, so the listing gets the twilight look without an extra evening visit.

An interactive walkthrough (3D tour) ($350) lets buyers move through the home online before they book a viewing, and 2D floor plans ($200) show how the rooms fit together. Add any of them to a photo package.

Timing matters in real estate. Listings need to go live quickly, and your marketing window is tight. I deliver same-day or next business day as standard. Your images are professionally edited, colour-corrected, and ready to upload.

I use professional wide-angle lenses that capture the full scope of each room without extreme distortion. My editing corrects vertical lines, balances exposure between bright windows and darker interiors, and keeps the natural warmth of each space. Clean, honest images that show the property at its best.

    The property address, how I get in (keys, a lockbox or the vendor’s details), your preferred day and time, and the package and add-ons you want.

    Shoot booked and property prepared

    I can often photograph a property within 24 to 48 hours of your enquiry, and I send a preparation checklist when you book.

  3. Step 3

    Walk-through and shoot

    A quick walk-through first, then wide-angle interiors, exteriors and the drone shots included in your package.

  4. Step 4

    Photos the same or next business day

    Edited, colour-corrected images ready to upload, with a licence for listing sites, social media and printed marketing.

A clean, decluttered space photographs best. I recommend removing personal items from benchtops, making beds, opening curtains and blinds, turning on all interior lights, mowing the lawns, and clearing outdoor furniture into a tidy arrangement. I will send you a detailed preparation checklist when you book, and I always do a quick walk-through before I start shooting to make suggestions.
I offer flexible scheduling to work around your listing timeline. In most cases I can photograph a property within 24-48 hours of your enquiry, and same-day bookings are often available if my schedule allows. Weekend and evening sessions are available at no extra charge.
Standard delivery is same-day or next business day. If you have an urgent listing that needs images turned around within hours, I can accommodate that in most cases, just let me know your deadline when you book. Rush delivery is available at no additional charge for real estate clients.
